Hi, I'm Mckinnis.

I'm an Executive Producer, production leader, and creative operations consultant with a soft spot for big ideas, complicated challenges, and figuring out how to make it all work. You won’t find me in only one lane.

What I love about production is that it requires equal parts creativity, resourcefulness, and business sense. The creative decisions matter. So do the budgets, the people, the processes, and the dozens of moving pieces nobody ever sees on screen.

Over the years, my work has expanded beyond individual productions and into the businesses behind them; though I do love both. I've led projects, developed budgets, managed teams and margins, built workflows, and helped creative companies think more strategically about how they operate.

Today, I work with agencies, production companies, and creative businesses that need an experienced partner who can see both the big picture and the tiny details. Sometimes that means stepping in to lead a production. Other times, it's helping a company build the infrastructure, financial discipline, or production leadership it needs to grow.

I approach every engagement with an owner's mindset. I care about the work, the people making it, and whether the business behind it is set up to succeed.
